Who we are
Khamis Al Zeyoudi Training Institute is accredited by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai, license No. 1608804, and based in Nad Al Hamar. We offer accredited programs in real estate brokerage, valuation, contract drafting, market study and property analysis, as well as programs in judicial expertise and trainer development.
Our material is built on the legislation as published by the official authorities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the Dubai Real Estate Valuation Manual and the International Valuation Standards. Every program ends with work the participant produces: a deal file, a valuation report or a market study. Courses are taught in Arabic, using the English professional terms used in the market.
The trainer
Programs are led by Counsellor Khamis Mohammed Al Zeyoudi, a Ministry of Justice certified real estate expert with more than 20 years in developing and managing real estate investments and construction projects. He has prepared real estate reports and studies for the courts and holds the Dubai Courts Experts Diploma and international certificates in real estate consulting and valuation.

We deliver programs to individuals and organizations, and work with chambers of commerce in several emirates to run programs for their members.
