When you register or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email, emirate and organization if given, and the source of your visit (such as the ad you came from). We use this data to contact you about your request, organize courses and issue certificates. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
The site uses analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn) to measure campaign performance. You can ask to see or delete your data by emailing info@kzinstitute.com.
Fees and refunds
Published fees include VAT, the accredited certificate and materials. Refund and deferral terms are sent with your registration confirmation and follow the institute policy approved by KHDA.
